Client Work: Upon full payment for custom development projects, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Products: Any proprietary products, tools, or frameworks developed by Flexodyn Solutions remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges as per the agreement
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes including GST as per Indian tax laws
• Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any confidential information shared during our engagement will be protected and not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be executed for sensitive projects upon request.

Our Commitment: We strive to deliver high-quality services and maintain professional standards. Specific warranties for deliverables will be outlined in project agreements.

Disclaimer: While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability, our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as specified in individual service agreements.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we implement reasonable security measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Any claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising

This limitation of liability is subject to applicable consumer protection laws under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations

• The seat of arbitration shall be in India
• The language of arbitration shall be English

Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
